we use Sencha Touch for our mobile development too. And we have a
jetspeed portal, which we want to use on mobile phone or tablet. Can you
short explain, what do you do with your mockup?

It depends from your mobile device.
You can provide standard html+css+javascript pages for mobile devices
powered by iOS, Android and Blackberry or you can create pages with a
specific decorator for a simplified version of your portal.
For example recently we made a mockup with a decorator for a psml page
that uses Sencha Touch ( http://www.sencha.com/products/touch ).
