Can’t speak for others, I am planning on developing more. The list just isn’t 
that active, and people are discovering new ways of developing UIs like with 
React, Angular, Vue client-side technologies. Server-side Java web UI 
technologies in general are receiving less interest

Pluto 3 would be nice, but Im not convinced its worth my effort at this point

Right now I am working with running Jetspeed in Spring Boot as a micro-service
