I don't want to interfere here, but things are evolving fast in JetSpeed
(it's pretty obvious that Kevin is WORKING AS a DOG :-) sorry !) Sandy, and
I'm interested in help in this. I joined Jetspeed 2 weeks ago trying to
help, but things are going too fast on it (I just got updates from 24
minutes ago in CVS...it's impossible to get along...). I'd really appreciate
to take a look and work on your workflow related code because (if you
remember, Kevin) one of my goals in JetSpeed is to provide a workflow
service under it.

What I'm thinking on is to build a kernel of a WfMC defined workflow engine
(using a related library... what about the Shared Data Toolkit ?) and then
provide it with a set of portlets that could be easier configured in the
user's "my JetSpeed" page with Preferences...

What about this ???

You can send your code to my email and we can discuss on how to put it in. I
have a web site I'm preparing (it's in an Italian server). For sure we'll
have to decide which workflow model we want to implement, things like that.
Tell me if this arrangement is good enough for you.

Wellington

Wow, Kevin - what a change in tune! I will quote from your mail
        message to me:

"Also, We should get this into CVS.... are you ready to do this
yet?"

Well, if you changed your mind about including it, you should have
        let me know.
I don't have a web site to post the software, if anyone else is
interested in helping determine if this should be part of Jetspeed,
which Kevin previously had, please email me and I will send a copy
of it as it stands so far.

Also, the latest JetSpeed dependency upon com.workingdogs bothers
me -
        is this publicly available software?
