Just a note. I wrote a little daemon that you run stand-alone that will run every hour (configurable in JetSpeedResources.properties). This makes sure that your URL cache doesn't get old and you always have the latest content. It does need to be smarter and maybe not refresh all URLs. If anyone has any thoughts here I would be interested. It also should use the the Turbine scheduler. The RSSPortlet now expires itself from the cache every hour so that you will always get the latest news.
