I still cannot get JetSpeed installed. Doohh!

I decided today (again) to start all over. So I download the latest from CVS
into c:\public\jetspeed (Darn, I wish I could get off the Windoze box). I
edit the paths to the .jar files in build.bat. Now, I run "build clean" no
problems. Then I run "build dist" - I see all the files being copied to the
c:\public\Jetspeed\bin\src directory, but nothing is compiled. I get a
"Complete in 7 seconds" (or something like that) and I am returned to my
command prompt without error. There are no .class files and no .jar file
created. Is the build.bat usable for CVS versions? Is there a way to
"manually" compile these?

Thanks,

Steve B.
