Hm.  Looks like you might have found a bug.  The version that you
checked out "a week ago" probably didn't have the capability to refresh
the cache while Jetspeed was running.  This was a recent TODO that was
checked off.

Honestly I would try to debug it and see if you can find the problem. 
It worked fine for me but I might be missing something.  Please do a
.diff if you notice anything.

I will try to look at it on my end to see if it happens here.  Thoughts?
