A lot of what we're doing at school is 'semi' > reinventing the wheel anyway.. (ie: chat client/server, log parsers, etc.) Yes. I have a good one. Messaging. Jetspeed started out as a Servlet that would allow you to access an IMAP, POP3 or NNTP data sources. I have moved the code out because I didn't like it. Now we are going to migrate to Mail-XSP which is based on Cocon and uses XML/XSL as the presentation. If you really want to hop on a cool project and seriously help out then this is the place to be. I would love to do it but don't have the time. I would like to see this in Jetspeed 1.1. If you are interested let me know... > >Are you on the Jetspeed mailing list? > yep.. in digest form at least. The list is the way to do things. Not private e-mail. Not that I mind but that when discussions are Open more things get done. Why don't you send an e-mail off to the mailing list and see if anyone has a suggestion. Remember there are about 160 people there and someone may have a suggestion. (I CC'd the mailing list BTW... lets continue the discussion there.) -- Kevin A Burton ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) http://relativity.yi.org Message to SUN: "Open Source Java!"
