Gregg:
I too could not figure out how to get WinCVS to work. I found it easier just
to use the DOS version. The trick to the DOS version is to be sure to set
the environment variable CVSROOT to point to you local directory for
downloads (ie c:> set CVSROOT=c:\downloads\jetspeed ).
If you would like, I can email to you the DOS version of CVS if you cannot
find it. (I am not attaching to this email without your request as I do not
want to bogg down your Internet connection if it is an issue)
