Anybody:

Kevin replied that this error was due to a change in Turbine. I just
installed the latest CVS, and I am getting the same error.

With the latest CVS I was able to compile a new Jetspeed.jar.

If anybody has got jetspeed working on Windows/Tomcat setup, could you
please share a copy of the relevant *.properties files?

Also, I still do not need a database setup, right?
