I added the missing file. Sorry, again. The calendar is still under heavy
development sometimes all the files in my dev space dont always make it
back to cvs. This is mostly because I am checking in 10-15 new files every
couple of days.
Again, a some sort of web based calendar product is expected in a couple
of weeks.
