This is why I use Tomcat. I'm not sure if there is a way to do it using the suggested
method because Action is a global directive.
I've heard the thing to do is to change the extension of any Jetspeed xml files
(except for the ones in the dynamic folder) to something like jxml and updating your
JetspeedResources.properties to reflect this.
