Nope, the site does not appear to be finished, however you can type the
following URL to get a RSS description for category XXX :
http://www.headlinewatch.com/ChannelBrowser/showRendered?style=rss&cat=XXXX
XXX values are available on the Front page (Computers, Science, Arts...)
or
http://www.headlinewatch.com/Channel/showRendered?style=rss&ch.0=165&ch.0.max=15
to get channel # 165 in RSS format.
You can get the channel #s in the category RSS above, but the link specified
for viewing is broken (calling ChannelServlet instead of Channel...)
