Not in 1.1... Hopefully in 1.2. Of course if you do the diff it will
get there sooner :).
We really need control panel items for everything. This just didn't
make it into 1.1.
I am going to write up a proposal to redo certain portions of the engine
to be more multi-threaded when Jetspeed detects that content is out
dated. It can get really complicated and right now the logic is basic.
What really needs to happen is that for every X interval Jetspeed will
launch a thread to determine if some resources is running from an out of
date URL and then try to refresh the URL and the instance. This way if
you modified the defaultPortlets.xml it will eventually pick up on
this. Of course you could also manually refresh it if there was a
Control Panel Portlet.
