Wellington,
By nothing at all do you mean:
1) You don't see your portlet in the page?
2) Blank page?
3) Page with Jetspeed header but no portlets?

I have had both 1 and 3 happen.
Have you tried deleting the files in /tmp/JetspeedDocumentCache
and restarting your Servlet Engine?

Have you checked /tmp/turbine.log? I've been trying the same thing
you are, and I got #3 when I put an "&" in the portlet title and the error
was in turbine.log.

There also seems to be a problem with Netscape. If I try to put
http://internetalchemy.org/channels/rss/cbs-sportsline.xml in a portlet
I get #3, but the whole page including that portlet displays just fine in
Mozilla.
