how to ?

hi, every one
    i have installed jetspeed-1.1 and tomcat-3.1, they both run normally, and i have 
connect the jetspeed and mysql via Turbine, but when i loged in and click the link 
"Customize",it return "No channels available...", how can i design my own channels and 
change my portets layout?
