FYI. I made some changes so that if the cache updates the CocoonPortlet will always be called. Cocoon currently does it's own performance/cache management so this shouldn't be a problem in regards to speed. This way if new content comes in and is put in the cache then it is Cocoon will rebuild the new page for you.
