Is there a list of public portals? For our Intranet, somebody asked to show
local weather like on Yahoo (I saw weather.com has an offering, but I can
only show weather for 1 location while my users are around the globe).
Another person asked for a portal to online maps/directions. I expent as
users drift-in from myYahoo and the like, they will suggest similar items
they found there.
I know this is beyond the scope of Jetspeed-development, so forgive the
post, but I am beginning to get co-worker excited about the product! (Please
consider that a compliment) A site which offers such a list would be a
useful addition to the apache.Jetspeed web page.
