So just an FYI.  If you specify a file:// or virtual
"/content/hello.xml" in PSML or for that matter anywhere.  Jetspeed will
not put it in the disk cache but will serve it right from your
webservers root directory:  file:///usr/local/apache/htdocs

This should speed things up a bit and make Cocoon happier.
