The proper people have been notified and will be resolving the issue
shortly.
In the future, this is probably the wrong place to send the email to let
people know that that machine is down since most people here don't entirely
care and really can't do anything about it.
Since locus (java.apahce.org) is on Collab.Net's rack space, the proper
person to contact is me in private email. I can take care of telling the
right people that the machine is down.
