Go to: http://java.apache.org and poke around in the CVS Access stuff.
Working-Dogs hosts the CVS stuff for most of the apache project and there
are instructions there on getting the bleeding-edge Jetspeed code.
I'm *sure* Kevin et al. would be thrilled if you updated the build.bat
file! :)
