Good Point! There are a lot of things to think about with making it a more
public/portable API. I have tried to keep the actual data objects
insulated from anything Jetspeed specific.

The main thing I think is to be a little more consistent with method
naming. I also think creating an interface for swapping out
implementations in case we outgrow the current implementation.

This is definitely something to keep in mind for post 1.2 releases.
