I simply cannot get the jetspeed to work with tomcat.

My first question is with respect to the Jetspeed Installation instructions:

It says to 'Move the "content" directory to "/content" under your web server.'
The only content directory I found was under the JETSPEED/src/content. Are they 
referring to this directory ?
Secondly, tomcat, uses webapps for publication. Should I copy the JETSPEED/src/content 
under TOMCAT/webapps as
TOMCAT/webapps/content ?

BTW, I did all of the above, but it still doesnt work. The tomcat log shows, 
ClassNotFoundException on jetspeed.

The other modifications were done on the tomcat web.xml file as shown in the 
installation document of Jetspeed and the
TurbineResources.properties.
