I believe you are gagging on the spaces in your CLASSPATH setups. Instead of
"f:\Apache Group\..." use "f:\apache~1\..."
I could be mistaked, but I seem to recall that I had to add tools.jar to my
setup as well - It couldn't hrt!
If you give me the OK, I can email to you my web.xml, *.properties files.
