Yes. This would be cool to have on the PortletViewerScreen or
something. Maybe like a "features" portlet and the applications
portlet.

This needs to happen. It can be done with <portlet required="true"> but
there needs an implementation. This isn't on my priority feature list
for the Customizer but it will get in there eventually :)
