No.  There is no localization in Jetspeed right now :(  I am not happy
with any of the localization methods currently available.  I don't like
the Turbine localization because it requires code :(.  It needs to use
XML.  There is a thread right now on the Cocoon mailing list to do i8n
localization with XML.  I am +1024 on that.  We really need this.

If we can get something like this I want to start requiring
localization.
