Hi,
I just recently was browsing the apache website and I happen to stumble onto
Jetspeed. Sounds like a really cool project so I decided to try out the
code myself. Unfortunately I ran into some problems and I'm wondering if
someone can help me out.
I've gotten the Jetspeed site up but it says:
CocoonPortlet: Could not use the following URL:
http://localhost:8080/content/dynamic/index.xml
/c:/temp/JetspeedDocumentCache\file..c....temp.JetspeedDocumentCache\http..localhost......8080..content..dynamic..index....xml
I've reinstalled it over and over again and looked at the FAQ-O-MATIC but I
can't figure it out. Can someone give me a hint?
My env: Windows 2000, JDK 1.1.8, Tomcat 3.1, Jetspeed 1.1
BTW. I've tried JDK 1.3, JDK 1.2.2 but they all give me errors at different
points in Jetspeed. Is that a flaw?
Also what is the last stable release of Jetspeed? or should I just get the
most up-to-date CVS?
Thanks!
-aw
