Apache Jetspeed (http://java.apache.org/jetspeed) version 1.2b1 is now
available at: http://java.apache.org/jetspeed/dist
This version adds:
- iCalendar (RFC 2445) support:
This is an initial implementation and is probably not 100% compliant
just yet.
- Portal Structure Markup Language:
PSML allows users to think of a Portal in terms of content blocks or
Portlets which can be easily snapped into multiple pages.
- Performance improvement
In some situations Jetspeed should now be around 300% faster.
Of course there are numerous small enhancements and bugs that have been
fixed.
