try http://yourhost:8080/servlet/Turbine!
actually turbine is a servlet so must tell tomcat/apache that Turbine is a
servlet and not a directory.
having a writeable turbine.log file is also a must to have!
if turbine.log contains any message, turbine is up and running. if it's
empty you propably missconfigured tomcat/apache.
don't forget the ApjMount point!
