This is a bug in the 1.1 version when running on Windows/Tomcat. It has been
corrected in 1.2.

It has been reported that this bug does not occur if you use JServ. Of
course, you could always edit the default.psml file (in the /content folder)
and simply remove this portlet if you do not need it. However, as has been
repeated in recent threads, it is suggested that you upgrade to the latest
version.
