Pardon my checking your basics:

Your URL you use port 9080 - I am assumig that is correct because you are
not getting a "server not found" error. But double checking, in
<Tomcat>/conf/server.xml.

Also, unless you have a setup I missed, the url would be:
http://myhost:9080/servlet/jetspeed/
