I just rechecked on by WinNT and Win98. In each case, if I attempt to rename
a file containing a '?', I get an error dialog saying the these characters
are invalid:

\ / : * ? " < > |

UG!!! REALLY?!

I check a MS knowledge base article on this:  Q177506 and it said that ?
was OK.

I will add it... it doesn't hurt :)
