My OS Red Hat 6.2
Kernel 2.2.12-20
jdk-1.2.2 installed
tomcat starts fine
Apache running
I tried to follow the directions on the JetSpeed page,
http://java.apache.org/jetspeed/site/install.html but found mostly confusion.
1. Add /bin/Jetspeed.jar to classpath where do I do this ?
2. Set an init parameter in your Servelet Engine (under Jakarta this is
defined in WEB-INF/web.xml),,,, ok but there are 6 /WEB/INF/web.xml files.
which one?? all? whaaaa
3. Bring up 4.0 browser and point to HOST/servlet/jetspeed. I get nothing.
there isn't even anything on my disk that is /servlet/jetspeed, does that
even matter?
are there installation instructions anywhere that are geared for the slower
user?
thanks
