start-jetspeed.sh is not mentioned in any install instruction I've seen so
far, but in the file it says:
This is provided as an example on how to start a Servlet Engine so that
Jetspeed can be configured with the right options.
Do I need run this to get Jetspeed working? I still get no response from my
browser when I use the URL [my host]:8080/servlet/jetspeed
Error: 404
Location: /servlet/jetspeed
