I hope not :(

Back in the day... When Tomcat 2.1 was just another webserver/servlet
engine... and was proprietary to SUN I wanted to use it in a Jetspeed
bundle.  At the time I couldn't really do this because of legal issues.
:(.  I don't know why I didn't jump on this sooner :(

You can build it out of CVS if you want.  I will put it up for download
and feedback tonight.
