I had exactly the same problem, and i still can't get jetspeed running properly. I am
like being jet around. Really appreciate if anybody can make things more organized.
1 suggestion for the installation, try requesting
http://localhost:8080/servlet/jetspeed/screen/Admin/
at least you shall see something now right.
I got there but I still can't get jetspeed to load up any portlet. sad :-(
