What version of Jetspeed are you running?
The following assumes you aren't running the most
current version from CVS:
This problem was fixed quite a while ago
(at least it seems like a long time :).
I believe the stuff in the /repository directory wasn't
getting re-written each time a Cocoon Portlet was accessed.
So, you could go in and rm -rf /repository between each
new Cocoon Portlet (which I did until it got fixed), or upgrade
to the current version in CVS.
