Hello,

I've been working on getting JetSpeed setup for sometime, but to no avail.
I have a working version of Apache and Tomcat (which runs on port 8080), but
the install instructions seem to be too scant for me to get everything
working.

Could someone possibly help me? Either by posting a step-by-step
instruction list (starting from having only Apache installed) or I am on
Efnet alot, we could setup a time possibly?

I am also confused on some subjects; Is tomcat a webserver in itself, or
just an addon to Apache to handle servlets? Does tomcat need to be running
as well, or does Apache need to call it in some way? In the install
instructions it says to include ./bin/Jetspeed.jar in the classpath, however
1) what will the absolute path of that bin dir. be? and under JDK1.2.2 the
README said there is no CLASSPATH needed. Similar problems with ./lib -
where do these go?

I am fairly adept at Apache/Linux, just am having some trouble with all this
Java stuff. :)

Thank you for all of your time.

Hans
