It is currently being reworked. I would checkout from CVS and see if it
in synch again.
We need to do schema validation but the problem is that Castor and
Xerces are almost *certainly* out of synch. I haven't even attempted to
do it just yet. I don't want to use two different schemas :(
Anyway. As soon as this stabilizes we will be doing XML Schema
validation so this should be OK.
