Are you actually calling the correct URL? i.e.
http://localhost/servlet/jetspeed?
Otherwise, check that you can run Tomcat before and that you included Turbine
in your web.xml file on [jakarta-tomcat home]/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF as explained
in the install docs.
