I have it already under my CVS modified files. The places to apply the changes
have moved around quite a bit. So I added a getReader() under
JetspeedCacheEntry, that takes into account the Encoding. It is not completely
ironed, but it should work if we use something like UTF to store the entries in
the disk cache (regardless of the original encoding).  I will wait until you
commit to apply these changes, together with the no-cookie session stuff and
other modifications (like the rundata passing down). I will have two different
cvs copies to track changes until everything is mixed.
