It looks like it should not be there. Besides,
every time you do a "build clean", it gets wiped out
(and recreated later), which also erases the bin/CVS/
directory. Next time you do an update, cvs complains
(correctly) that it could not find the Entries file...
Shouldn't this directory be completely obliterated from
the CVS repository?
