I think Kevin was referring to the removal of the string
"Server Date", not the whole thing. In other words, the date
string would remain, but without a header.

I also wanted to remind you all that there also are a couple of
links/buttons with hardcoded English text, such as "Home".
We have to address these too, either with templates (overkill?)
or with the properties file.
