Problems installing Jetspeed 1.1b2

Hi,

    I'm trying to install Jetspeed as above in a W2K box with jdk1.2.2. After many attempts, I get this error

It obviously looks as if some class is missing, but I have put every class I could think of in the classpath in tomcat.bat, and no joy. Which class is it looking for?
