The implementation is 80% finished. But we have heavy dependencies to
Kevin's proposal 3, because some stuff has to be stored inside of Jetspeed's
registry. Without it we cannot release the implementation. Currently it
is based on the old registry version and we will finish the implementation
as soon as the new psml structure/registry is realized.
