To download iCalendar, you should follow the instructions for cvs access to
jetspeed, but instead of checking out the jetspeed module, check out the
icalendar module:

cvs co icalendar instead of cvs co jetspeed

I have done this myself, but still have not seen the iCalendar turbine screens,
etc.
