+1. I would say that we should go this route. The PSML stuff is somewhat
stable now but certainly not ready for development on. :(

This is already done. I did this a couple months back with the Tomcat build.
It takes Tomcat and merges/installs Jetspeed and all required libs into a Tomcat
WAR and sets up Tomcat to do everything.
