I suggest reading some of the articles in the Turbine pages.
The URL is used to direct Turbine to run specific classes, screens, etc. So
if you see /servlet/jetspeed/screen/home/action/JLoginUser/, the URL is
/servlet/jetspeed which actually references the Turbine.class (as defined by
web.xml). Turbine reads the rest of the URL as "screen=home,
action=JLoginUser"

Subject: RE: Mappings of path
Hi,
I would elaborate what I meant by mappings.
I am browsing through the OpenJoda pages. If I click on 'login' link on the
top, I am taken to some '/servlet/jetspeed/screen/home/action/JLoginUser' as
shown in the url. Now, my question is, what is this JLoginUser ? It is
definitely not a class, nor an html. So what is it. What I understand is, it
would be a class/servlet/jsp which is just described by the name JLoginUser.
Am I correct ? If I am then I need to find out the location where these
things are defined.
If I am not then Why should I be taken to that url ?

Mappings are in the OpenJoda/tomcat/conf/server.xml file. OpenJoda runs
Jetspeed off the ROOT webapp, so its location is set by the lines:
<Context path="" docBase="webapps/ROOT" debug="0" reloadable="true"
>
</Context>
the "/servlet" in the URL to access Jetspeed tells Tomcat to run as a
servlet "Jetspeed" which is definded by the webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/web.xml
configuration file.
