I have commited a fix, where I change all tests on "file://" by tests on
"file:/". In my copy, it has fixed the Jetspeed.rss problem, and also some minor
glitches that happened since the getResource changed.
A related problem with Cocoon Portlets remains there. I will check it later.
Tell me if it breaks something apart from (some)Cocoon portlets.
