+1. In addition to what Jon says, changing number to 1.3 will stress differences
with other public releases, such as OpenJODA. Their code is based on 1.2b1, and
given the reorganization we are doing, it is better to make clear that source is
diverging.

They are invited to upgrade their release, of course, as soon as 1.3a code
stabilises.
