For documentation for projects that live under the jakarta website (which
jetspeed will someday), the new "recommended" methodology has been
documented on the jakarta website.

there is even a sample website deal to get you started and converting from
stylebook .xml DTD to Anakia is very easy.
stylebook is being deprecated real quick. it has lived much longer than it
should have.
